On September 19, our Model 303 busbar processing machine was officially shipped to a customer in Vietnam. Prior to shipment, the unit underwent rigorous quality inspections, performance testing, and specialized protective packaging for export, injecting new momentum for efficient production into the local electrical equipment manufacturing sector.

The Model 303 integrates punching, shearing, and bending functions into a single unit; its three workstations operate independently, ensuring highly efficient and convenient production. The bending unit features a specialized closed-frame structure that provides superior rigidity and uniform force distribution, effectively preventing deformation during batch processing and ensuring precise, uniform busbar forming. Additionally, the bending unit is equipped with a PLC-based numerical control system that allows for simple, intuitive parameter settings and precise control over bending dimensions and angles, thereby significantly reducing manual operational errors. Before leaving the factory, our technical team conducted comprehensive quality checks and applied moisture-proof and shock-resistant protective measures to ensure safety during long-distance maritime transport.
