This equipment is a copper and aluminum busbar processing machine. The bending is open, which is convenient for processing samples and saves time. It provides effective solutions for busbar cutting, bending and punching in busbar machine equipment.
1. The turret punching design has six stations, which avoids the time of changing dies and punches at the punching station.
2. The shearing station design directly shears to avoid any material waste.
3. The bending station can bend horizontally for complex and Z-shaped bending. Three workstations run in parallel.

# Punching Station
1. Ductile iron is used to create a turret punching station. Ductile iron has high strength, high toughness and excellent shock absorption performance.
2. The integral turret structure design is adopted. Through precision casting and CNC machining technology, the high precision and high rigidity of the mold mounting base are ensured. The turret structure can realize the rapid switching of multiple sets of molds, effectively shorten the mold change time and improve production efficiency. At the same time, the integral design fundamentally reduces the cumulative error caused by split assembly. With the high-precision mold positioning system, the mold concentricity is controlled within ±0.02mm, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the punching position, greatly improving the product processing quality, reducing the scrap rate, and providing reliable support for high-quality stamping production.

# Double Column Shear Station

The copper bar shearing station innovatively adopts a double-column 50-ton large-scale oil cylinder shearing structure, relying on a high-rigidity hydraulic system and precision control technology to achieve efficient and accurate cutting of the copper bar. During the shearing process, the double-column flat knife design ensures that the shearing force is evenly distributed on the copper bar cross section, forming a smooth and flat incision, effectively avoiding the burrs, collapsed angles and waste commonly seen in traditional processes, and greatly improving the qualified rate of finished products and material utilization. ​
The shearing unit adopts a double-column flat knife design structure. Its unique mechanical structure has been repeatedly verified and optimized, and has excellent anti-deformation ability and stability. Even in the face of high-frequency and high-intensity operation requirements, it can still maintain long-term durability, effectively reducing equipment maintenance costs, and providing stable and reliable technical guarantees for copper material processing and production.

Open Bending Station

1. Intelligent control system: Equipped with Siemens PLC system, it can achieve high-precision bending control of ±0.5° to ensure accurate processing. The system supports English, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese and other multi-language versions to meet the needs of users in different regions. The minimum copper bar that can be processed is 3mm thick and 20mm wide, which is suitable for a variety of processing scenarios. ​
2. Humanized design: It adopts the overall structure of the open bending platform, combined with CNC angle adjustment, which is easy and smooth to operate, while ensuring high processing precision. ​
3. Intelligent operation experience: It has the function of automatic calculation of angle bending, which can quickly obtain the blanking length, bending angle and bending point, without manual complex calculation, especially suitable for complex copper bar bending, greatly improving processing efficiency and accuracy. ​
