Bus Processing Machine DSMX-503ESK Features

SHEARING UNIT : 50-ton large oil cylinder with double column structure, upper and lower knives are installed vertically and parallel, the shearing section is flat without waste and burrs, durable and non-deformed.

PUNCHING UNIT : turret design, optional six-position or eight-position die. The mold has been fatigue tested and punched 5,000 holes continuously without failure, with a speed of 0.2min/hole and a hole diameter range of Φ3.2-Φ30.

BENDING UNIT : double-layer electroplating workbench, enlarged and lengthened plate surface. Equipped with Siemens PLC system, bending accuracy ±0.5°, and multi-language system instructions are provided.
