For example, for the bending mold, a reasonable bending mold core and bending mechanism should be designed according to the bending radius, angle and other requirements of the busbar.
Material selection: According to the use requirements and performance characteristics of the mold, select the appropriate mold steel material. Common mold steels include Cr12MoV, H13, etc. For punching molds that bear large impact loads, H13 steel can be selected, which has good toughness and thermal fatigue performance.
Heat treatment: Heat treatment of the mold after machining can improve the hardness, strength, wear resistance and toughness of the mold. For example, for Cr12MoV steel molds, the quenching temperature is generally 1020-1050℃, oil cooling quenching. The quenching heating speed should not be too fast to avoid excessive thermal stress.
Tempering: Tempering is an important process to eliminate quenching stress, stabilize the organization and improve toughness. The tempering temperature is usually between 550-650℃. The tempering times are determined according to the specific requirements of the mold, usually 2-3 times.
