Deshang CNC DS-80ESK Enclosed CNC Busbar Processing Machine – Product Introduction

The Model 803 enclosed busbar processing machine features a rated pressure of 800 kN and is capable of processing copper and aluminum busbars up to 300 mm in width and 20 mm in thickness. It integrates three core functions-bending, shearing, and punching-while also supporting processes such as flat bending, vertical bending, embossing, flattening, and cable lug crimping, thereby covering the vast majority of busbar processing steps in electrical equipment manufacturing.
The equipment utilizes a design with three independent hydraulic stations; the bending, shearing, and punching stations operate without mutual interference, allowing multiple operators to work simultaneously. The punching station is equipped with a six-die rotary turret for quick and easy die changes, while the shearing station employs a dual-column structure to ensure clean, burr-free cut surfaces. The bending station features a Siemens PLC CNC system; by simply inputting the busbar width and thickness, the system automatically calculates processing parameters, facilitating standardized batch production.

The equipment incorporates a user-friendly, fault-tolerant design with independent hydraulic units for each station. If one station malfunctions, the other two can continue normal production, effectively minimizing capacity loss due to workshop downtime. Designed for the overseas market, the machine supports voltage and frequency customization to meet local industrial power standards. It is packaged in a fumigated plywood export crate lined with shock-absorbing materials and marked with standard export shipping labels, making it suitable for cross-border transport via sea or long-distance land freight.
