Each unit is precisely controlled by the servo motors to perform different processing functions. Feature Introduction
Full Servo Automatic Busbar Machine the product features three processing stations: punching, shearing, and bending. Equipped with three independent hydraulic systems, the three stations can operate simultaneously.
1. Shearing Station: A servo motor and PLC automatically control the shear stop size, ensuring convenient and efficient operation.
2. Bending Station: A servo motor controls the bend length and automatically positions the stop, enabling multiple angles and bend positions to be achieved within a single program.
3. Punching Station: A servo motor and PLC control the punching coordinates, enabling continuous positioning and precision in multi-hole workpieces.
