Machin bus bar
1. The cutting unit adopts a universal double blade cutting method, with a flat cutting edge and no burrs.
2. The punching unit adopts a high-precision five mold frame, which extends the service life of the mold. The operating line of sight is clearer, the use is more convenient and fast, and there is no need to replace the mold. The production efficiency is significantly higher than that of traditional punching units.
3. The bending unit adopts horizontal processing, which is safer and more convenient to complete U-shaped bending up to 4.3mm during processing.
4. The three workstations of the machine can work simultaneously without affecting each other, greatly improving work efficiency and saving labor costs.
5. The working stroke of each processing unit can be easily adjusted, reducing processing auxiliary time and improving production efficiency.
6. The hydraulic oil tank is welded with thick steel plates and treated with phosphating, ensuring that the hydraulic oil will not deteriorate after long-term use.
