Consists of three units: punching unit, shearing/cutting unit and bending unit.The machine is equipped with three processing units: punching, shearing and bending, and adopts three independent hydraulic systems so that the punching, shearing and bending units can work simultaneously. The working stroke of each processing unit is adjustable to save time and improve work efficiency.


Turret stamping structure
The punching station is equipped with a six-station rotary workbench, and an eight-position turntable can be customized according to customer needs. The workbench is made of high-strength ductile iron, which has excellent wear resistance, shock absorption and structural stability, and fundamentally reduces the loss of the mold under high-speed operation and high-frequency impact. The mold-changing-free design is a highlight.
