The processing machine integrates three key units: punching, cutting and bending. Each unit works closely together to provide users with a one-stop busbar processing solution. The use of the punching unit can accurately position and meet the processing needs of various hole diameters and hole spacing. The cutting unit is equipped with high-performance tools, the cutting process is fast and stable, the incision is smooth and flat, and there is almost no burr, which greatly simplifies the subsequent processing procedures. The bending unit also performs well. With the help of the CNC system, the bending angle and force can be accurately controlled. Whether it is flat bending or vertical bending, it can be done with ease to ensure that the bending accuracy strictly meets industry standards. Copper busbar bending and punching machine is equipped with three independent hydraulic power units. Each unit has a clear division of labor and efficient collaboration to achieve the three core functions of shearing, punching and bending:
Shearing system: It adopts a double-column shearing structure. Through precise hydraulic transmission, it can accurately and quickly shear the copper bar. The cut surface is flat and smooth, and the cut quality is high, ensuring the accuracy and beauty of subsequent processing.

►Punching system: It is equipped with a six-mode toothed integrated turntable. The turntable is exquisitely designed and supports fast switching of different types of molds. It can punch round holes, oblong holes, square holes and special-shaped holes on the copper bar to meet diversified processing needs. At the same time, it is equipped with three positioning methods: laser positioning, coordinate axis positioning, and positioning pin. Regardless of complex graphics or conventional hole positions, the hole center can be accurately locked on the punching machine, greatly improving the accuracy and efficiency of punching operations.

►Bending system: The device is equipped with a Siemens intelligent control system, which offers a high level of automation and flexibility. Through straightforward adjustments to the parameter settings, it is capable of executing a diverse range of bending operations, including vertical folding, side folding (horizontal folding or flat folding), Z-shaped bending, U-shaped bending, embossing, and twisting. Moreover, with support for various molds like L, Z, and U types, it enables the storage of 50 processing recipes. Users have the convenience of copying these recipes to a USB flash drive for storage and sharing purposes. Conversely, they can swiftly import the recipes from the USB drive, allowing for the rapid retrieval and seamless switching between copper busbar bending processes of different batches and specifications. This functionality greatly enhances production efficiency and ensures consistent process stability.

The Punch Max has a punching/bending force of 500 kN, punching diameters from 4.3 mm to 36 mm (diameter symbol ∅), a maximum shear force of 800 kN, and can handle a maximum sheet thickness of 16 mm and a maximum width of 260 mm.
For vertical bending, the maximum bend angle is 90 degrees at the maximum bend width. For horizontal bending, the maximum sheet thickness is also 16 mm and the maximum width is 260 mm.
The machine has excellent CNC accuracy, with a bending accuracy of plus or minus 1 degree and a repeatability of plus or minus 0.2 degrees.

Functions of main components

1. Quantitative gear pump
Quantitative gear pump is a pump suitable for high frequency and high pollution environment. It has high efficiency and can generate pressure below 250Kgf/cm2.
2. Overflow valve
The overflow valve is a pressure control valve used to set the maximum pressure of the entire hydraulic system. The maximum pressure of the hydraulic system is set to 220 Kgf/cm2.
3. Solenoid reversing valve
The solenoid reversing valve is used to control the direction of oil flow in the system, that is, the direction of oil flow in the oil source, oil cylinder, oil pump and other working devices in the system.
4. Oil tank
The oil tank is welded with steel plates. When cleaning the oil tank and replacing the oil filter, open the drain valve on the side of the oil tank to drain the oil. Inspection and replacement of hydraulic oil: Usually hydraulic oil can be checked by observation and testing.
