The 503 Closed Busbar Machining Machine is a 50-ton, three-station integrated closed-type CNC busbar processing equipment. It integrates shearing, punching, and bending functions, and is specifically designed for high and low voltage switchgear, switch cabinets, transformers, and electrical complete equipment production scenarios. It can efficiently complete the precision processing of copper and aluminum busbars. 

Bend unit

This machine features a double worktable. The copper busbar machine's worktable is 1.9m long and 0.4m higher than competitors, while maintaining the same price. The larger worktable space not only allows for more workpieces to be placed but also reduces repetitive clamping, thus improving efficiency. Equipped with a Xizi PLC, the system accuracy is ±0.1° even at high configuration. System instructions are available in English, Russian, Thai, and Vietnamese, and other languages.

Cut unit

It adopts a 50-ton hydraulic cylinder and a double-column shearing structure, resulting in a flat, burr-free cut. The upper and lower blades are installed perpendicularly to ensure a smooth cut, no waste, and no deformation even after long-term use.

Punch unit

Featuring a turret-type structure, customers can choose between six- or eight-position die-punching. All copper busbar punching dies have passed fatigue testing, capable of continuously punching 5000 holes without failure at a speed of 0.2 seconds per hole. The minimum hole diameter is 3.2mm, and the maximum hole diameter is 36mm.

The punching dies can process round holes, oblong holes, rectangular holes, and irregularly shaped holes, while also supporting processes such as busbar chamfering, double-sided chamfering, and dotting. After punching, the busbar holes are smooth and regular. The dies are easy to assemble and disassemble, allowing for quick changes to different specifications to meet various hole diameter processing needs.

The bending forming dies offer a variety of structural forms, covering processes such as flat bending, vertical bending, U-shaped bending, twisting, embossing, copper rod bending, and wire lug forming. They can process straight copper and aluminum busbars into various irregularly shaped bent parts required for installation, with stable bending angles and standardized workpiece forming, satisfying complex busbar shapes inside cabinets.
