◆ Adopting Siemens PLC computing system: The system forms a closed-loop control mechanism through real-time collaboration between PLC and displacement sensor, which can control the bending accuracy error within ±0.1mm. At the same time, the equipment has built-in intelligent algorithm, which can automatically calculate the optimal cutting length, bending angle and bending point coordinates according to processing requirements, realizing the automation of the whole process from data collection, calculation analysis to execution control, significantly improving processing efficiency and finished product qualification rate.

1. Punching function

2. Shearing function
