&Shearing station:
Structural advantages: The copper busbar shearing station adopts a double-column large oil cylinder shearing structure, with a flat cross section, no waste, no burrs, no collapsed angles, integrated forging structure, optimized stress, and no deformation after long-term use.
Blade technology: The upper and lower blades are installed vertically and parallel, and the incision is smooth and burr-free.
Shearing capacity: Can shear 20mm thick and 300mm wide copper/aluminum busbars.

&Punching station:
Multi-station collaborative and efficient production: The punching station can operate in parallel with shearing, bending and other stations, and the processes are independent and do not interfere with each other, which greatly shortens the processing cycle.
Station design:
Turret station library: The six-station integrated turret adopts ductile iron to improve the concentricity of the mold, extend the life, and change the mold efficiently and conveniently.
Punching mold:
Customization: Supports customization of various shapes such as round, waist hole, square special-shaped hole, etc.;
High quality: Cr12MoV tool steel is selected, which is high in hardness, wear-resistant and durable;
Easy to maintain: The upper punch is detachable, easy to replace, and reduces the cost of use.

&Closed bending station
Easy to operate and accurate in measurement. The workbench has a built-in steel ruler, which can quickly measure the busbar size and improve work efficiency.
Equipped with an intelligent CNC system, the CNC screen is placed directly above for easy operation and viewing. Enter the busbar thickness, height, length and other parameters, and the system automatically calculates six bending angles such as L-type, U-type, and Z-type, which is efficient and accurate.
Supports multiple bending methods such as flat bending, vertical bending, U-type and Z-type. Replacing the mold can also realize special processes such as embossing and terminal pressing, which can flexibly meet various complex processing needs.



&Hydraulic station
Our busbar processing machine hydraulic station is equipped with 3 pure copper motors, 3 solenoid valves, 3 oil pumps, oil level gauges and pressure regulating valves. It has stable power, flexible and safe operation. Whether it is heavy-duty processing or fine adjustment, it can provide reliable support for busbar production!
