After tempering and quenching, punching center beam.

Closed structure bending unit

# PLC control system: bending angle can be CNC controlled
The "U-type pipe bending machine" only needs to input the vertical height and bevel length of the upper and lower planes to automatically calculate the required angle. During the work process, the workpiece can be easily processed by simply entering the corresponding angle and generatrix thickness, and it has memory and error compensation functions.
The working stroke of each processing unit can be easily adjusted, thereby reducing processing time and improving work efficiency.

Equipment standard U-shaped bending mold is suitable for copper strips, with material specifications of 8mm thickness and 160mm width.
#Embossed mold
The processing range of the equipment standard embossing mold is 160mm high × 60mm wide.
#Twist-twist mold
Twist-twist molds can be customized, with a width range of 10-50mm, and the minimum width is 10mm.
