Copper Busbar Machining the working stroke of the three processing units of DSMX-503ESK punching, shearing and bending can be easily adjusted, which can reduce processing time and improve work efficiency. The machine weighs 2 tons, the punching/bending force is 500KN, and it can process plates with a width of up to 260mm and a thickness of up to 16mm. The shearing force is: 800KN, and the power supply requirements: 380V, 220V, 415V, etc. can be customized.

Copper busbar machining the cutting unit adopts a double column and double blade cutting structure to achieve precise cutting of copper bars, with a smooth and flawless cross section

Ductile iron six/eight hole turret mold, used for stamping structures, wear-resistant and efficient. Bi directional positioning achieves precise positioning of X and Y axes, eliminating the need for cross lines and improving efficiency and quality.

The bending unit can realize a variety of bending shapes, the PLC numerical control system has an accuracy of ±0.5°, and supports multi-language instructions such as English and Russian.
