2. Punching - Toothed six-die integrated turntable
Positioning method: equipped with laser positioning, coordinate axis positioning (mechanical two-way positioning ruler), positioning pin (positioning needle) three methods, accurately lock the hole center, improve punching efficiency.
Mold advantage: six sets of punching dies are integrated into the turntable to reduce frequent die change operations.
Performance guarantee: copper bar punching die has passed fatigue test, can continuously drill 5000 holes without failure, and the processing hole diameter range is 3.2-30mm.
