- Cutting Unit:It adopts a double-column integral forged shearing structure and thickened ductile iron crossbeams, which have excellent impact resistance and deformation resistance, and are not easily deformed during long-term high-frequency shearing operations.
- Punching Unit:This machine features a six-mold/eight-mold integrated rotary table. The mold mounting holes are precision-machined using a CNC machining center, ensuring high positioning accuracy. During operation, there's no need for repeated mold disassembly and replacement, significantly improving processing efficiency. The machined busbar workpieces have clean surfaces without indentations, guaranteeing high-quality finished products.
- Bending Unit:The equipment is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system to ensure excellent bending accuracy. An optional CNC servo system can be added to the bending station to achieve automatic positioning of the stop gauge, further improving the level of automation.
