CNC Coppper Busbar Processing Machine is a high-tonnage, three-station integrated unit featuring a rigid, closed-frame monoblock structure that offers excellent resistance to deformation. It integrates shearing, punching, and bending functions, capable of processing copper or aluminum busbars up to 20×300mm with a punching force of 800kN. Equipped with a six-station rotary turret and a Siemens PLC CNC system, it ensures consistent precision in bending and punching. The three stations operate independently and synchronously, making it ideal for the high-volume processing of thick, wide busbars used in high-voltage switchgear and large-scale electrical equipment manufacturing; custom tooling is also available.

Cutting unit

Featuring a heavy‑duty dual‑column framework, the shearing station delivers outstanding structural rigidity and even force transmission. When cutting copper busbars, it produces clean, smooth cuts with burr‑free edges and minimal material loss. This well‑engineered structure avoids end‑face deformation and crushing defects, maintaining stable and reliable workpiece quality.

Bending unit

The bending station features a dedicated, independent work platform, allowing the three processing units-shearing, punching, and bending-to operate simultaneously without mutual interference, thereby boosting overall processing efficiency. The closed-structure bending design ensures convenient loading and unloading of copper busbars and provides clear visibility of the bending angle, making setup and monitoring easy; the system is user-friendly, enabling even novices to quickly master the copper busbar bending process.

Punching unit
