The CNC busbar automatic bending machine is equipped with three processing stations: punching, shearing, and bending. Each station has an independent hydraulic system. This design enables the punching, shearing, and bending stations to operate simultaneously.
In actual production scenarios, operators can start the three stations simultaneously. When the punching station accurately locates and quickly completes a series of punching operations according to the CNC program, the shearing station also cuts the busbar in an orderly manner according to the preset size, and the bending station accurately bends the busbar according to the program settings. This multi-station collaborative operation mode greatly improves the processing efficiency compared with traditional single-station or sequential processing equipment.

1.The punching station works in coordination with the servo motor and PLC to accurately control the punching coordinates of the punching. In the face of multi-hole workpieces, this station can realize continuous positioning punching, which is efficient and accurate. Whether it is a complex hole layout or an operation with extremely high precision requirements, it can be easily handled to ensure that the position deviation of each hole is extremely small, providing a reliable foundation for the subsequent installation of electrical components.

2.The shearing station also uses servo motors and PLCs to achieve automatic control of the shearing stopper size. The operator only needs to enter the required size on the CNC panel, and the equipment will respond quickly, accurately locate the stopper position, and quickly complete the shearing operation. This automated control method is not only convenient and fast, but also significantly improves the consistency of the shearing size, effectively reduces the errors caused by manual measurement and adjustment, and is suitable for batch production of busbars of the same length.

3.The bending station uses a servo motor to accurately control the bending length and automatically locate the stopper position. Its strength lies in the flexibility to locate multiple angles and multiple bending positions according to the preset program. Whether it is a common right-angle bend or a complex special-shaped bend requirement, the bending action can be accurately completed according to the set parameters to ensure that the shape and size of the busbar bend are fully in line with the standard and meet diverse processing needs.

The shearing station adopts a double-column shearing structure with excellent performance. The cross section after processing is extremely smooth, eliminating the generation of waste, and there is no burr residue and no corner collapse, which fully guarantees the shearing quality.

 

PUNCH

The punching station uses a six-position ductile iron turntable, which does not require mold change, avoids frequent mold change misoperation, and reduces mold damage rate. The turntable is processed as a whole to ensure that the upper and lower molds are accurately aligned, improve mold concentricity, and greatly extend the service life.

 

BEND

The bending station adopts a closed structure, which makes the flat bending and embossing more uniform, greatly improving the repetitive positioning accuracy of mass production. At the same time, the double-layer workbench design enables three stations to operate synchronously without interfering with each other.
