Shearing unit: The maximum shearing force is usually around 300KN, and it can shear copper (aluminum) bars with a thickness of 15mm and a width of 160mm.
Bending unit: The maximum bending force is generally 300KN, and it can bend bus bars machine with a thickness of 15mm and a width of 160mm, and can complete a minimum U-shaped bend of 3.5MM.

►Bus Bars Machine Operation Precautions
Before use, check whether the plug and power cord are normal, connect the power, turn on the power switch, and do not turn off the switch when working normally. Please cut off the power when not working.
When punching and cutting, you can operate according to the limit device on the work surface of the unit. After adjusting the limit device, the workpiece rests on the limit device to ensure the working punching or cutting size.
When changing the mold, be sure to stop the machine to avoid danger. When operating, be careful when holding the workpiece and waiting for the slider to go down.
The sharpness of the blade and die edge should be checked regularly. If the edge is found to be blunt, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
