1.CUT--Double-column shearing structure

Busbar cutting machine the shearing station adopts a double-column flat shearing structure, with no waste,no burrs, and no collapsed feet.

2. Punching - tooth-shaped six-die integrated turntable

(1) Three positioning methods: laser positioning/coordinate axis positioning/positioning pin, which makes it easy to find the hole center on the punching machine

(2) Six sets of punching die installation turntable, no need to frequently change the die

(3)All copper bar punching molds have passed fatigue testing, with 5000 continuous holes drilled without any faults, at a speed of 0.2 minutes per hole with a minimum diameter of 3.2 and a maximum diameter of 30.

3.Bending - Siemens system control

(1) Bus cutting machine PLC numerical control system is used, which makes bending more precise and can complete vertical bending/edge bending (horizontal/plane bending)/Z-shaped bending/U-shaped bending/embossing/twisting bending, etc.

(2) Just enter the data and the machine will run automatically.
