Main features of copper and aluminum bar processing equipment
1. CNC core control: Equipped with Siemens PLC control system, it has automatic shutdown protection function. By conveniently adjusting the parameters of the bending station, the customized forming of copper and aluminum bars can be accurately completed, and the ideal shape can be easily formed.

2. High-precision punching unit: It adopts a turret-type six-mode or eight-mode integrated turntable, made of ductile iron. The turntable is processed as a whole, and the mold mounting holes are precisely carved by the CNC machining center to ensure extremely high precision, effectively extend the service life of the mold, greatly reduce the frequency of mold replacement, and reduce maintenance costs.

3. Efficient shearing structure: The shearing unit innovatively adopts a double-column double-knife shearing design to ensure that the shearing opening is flat and smooth, and no waste is generated during the processing process. Even if it is used for a long time and at a high frequency, the equipment structure can remain stable and not deformed, ensuring consistent processing quality.

4. Diverse bending performance: The bending unit adopts a closed bending process, and each force point is connected by a 50mm thick solid beam. Compared with open bending, the mechanical strength is significantly improved. It supports precise CNC control of bending angles. Taking "Z-bend" as an example, you only need to enter the vertical height (H) of the upper and lower planes and the length of the bevel (L), and the equipment can automatically calculate and perform precise bending operations. When working, you can easily complete the workpiece processing by entering the angle and generatrix thickness parameters. At the same time, it is equipped with memory and error compensation functions to further improve the processing accuracy. The working stroke of each processing unit can be flexibly adjusted, which effectively shortens the processing cycle and greatly improves production efficiency. In addition, by replacing the mold, it can also expand diversified processing functions such as embossing, flattening, and twisting to meet different process requirements.

High-quality hydraulic system: The hydraulic oil tank is welded and formed with 3mm steel plates and phosphating treatment to effectively prevent the oxidation and deterioration of the hydraulic oil and ensure the long-term stable operation of the hydraulic system. The equipment is equipped with three independent cylinders and oil pumps, and the operation of each component does not interfere with each other to ensure stable and reliable power output.
