Preliminary preparation

1. Confirm the equipment and mold: Ensure that the busbar processing machine has good performance and check whether the hydraulic system, electrical system, etc. are working properly. According to the specifications of the copper rod and the required bending shape and angle, select the appropriate bending mold to ensure that the mold is not damaged, deformed, and firmly installed.
2. Prepare copper rods: Select copper rods that meet the requirements, check that their surfaces should be smooth and without obvious defects, determine the length of the copper rods according to actual needs, and cut them. If there is oil, rust, etc. on the surface of the copper rod, it needs to be cleaned to avoid affecting the bending effect and mold life.
3. Safety protection: Operators should wear safety equipment such as safety helmets, protective gloves, goggles, etc. to avoid injury during operation.
Operation steps
1. Parameter setting: According to the material, diameter, length, and required bending angle and radius of the copper rod, set the corresponding parameters in the control system of the busbar processing machine, such as bending pressure, stroke, speed, etc. For some CNC busbar processing machines, specific values ​​can be directly entered; for manually controlled busbar processing machines, parameters need to be adjusted by adjusting handles, valves, etc.
2. Clamp the copper rod: Place the prepared copper rod steadily on the bending workbench of the busbar processing machine, so that the part to be bent of the copper rod is aligned with the center position of the bending mold. Then, use a clamp or clamping device to fix the copper rod firmly to prevent the copper rod from moving or shaking during the bending process.
3. Perform bending: Start the busbar processing machine, so that the bending mold applies pressure to the copper rod according to the set parameters, and start the bending operation. During the bending process, pay attention to the bending of the copper rod to ensure that the bending angle and shape meet the requirements. If multiple bends or complex shapes are performed, it may be necessary to perform the operation in multiple times. 4.
