Product Introduction

Bending busbar machine is a special aluminum and copper busbar processing equipment for the power, high and low voltage electrical appliances, and busbar duct industries. It integrates punching, cutting, bending and other functions, and has embossing, twisting, flattening, and crimping functions. The machine can perform punching, cutting, and bending at the same time or separately.
1. The punching unit adopts a turret type, which can be equipped with 6 molds at a time to improve efficiency.
2. The shearing unit adopts a flat edge shearing method, without excess material, and the workpiece surface is flatter and smoother.
3. The punching and shearing units adopt a horizontal processing method, which is flexible and convenient to operate.
4. The bending unit adopts a horizontal bending method. By changing the mold, flat folding, vertical bending, and bending of various complex shapes can be achieved. The PLC numerical control system is used for bending, and the operation is precise and faster.

The copper bar bending unit adopts Siemens PLC system with an accuracy of ±0.5°, and system descriptions can be provided in English, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese and other versions. The minimum processing range of the bending unit is 3mm copper bar thickness, width and length 20mm.

Operation and Sample

Cutting Operation

Set the cutting length parameters on the busbar processing machine according to the required length.
Send the straightened copper busbar into the cutting device, start the cutting button, and accurately cut the copper busbar into the required length.

Punching Operation

Bending busbar machine determine the position and size of the punching holes on the copper busbar according to the needs of electrical connection.
Place the cut copper busbar on the punching die, align the punching position, start the punching device, and punch out the holes that meet the requirements.

Bending Operation

Determine the bending angle and radius of the copper busbar according to the requirements of electrical installation.
Place the copper busbar on the bending die, and bend the copper busbar by adjusting the angle and pressure of the bending die to achieve the required shape.
