The bending unit adopts closed bending, and the output point and the force point are connected by a 60mm thick crossbeam, which greatly increases the mechanical strength and does not deform. Note-The automatic bending positioning has the following functions: The left side of the bending station is equipped with a CNC servo system for automatic positioning (optional according to requirements), and the required bending distance and angle are set through the touch screen. The X-axis automatically adjusts the positioning and the Y-axis is a CNC hydraulic control bending angle, thus achieving high-precision bending without marking (the bending CNC touch screen can store multiple sets of bending size parameters, and the system can store the edited bending size for the next use without editing and can be directly called), which greatly improves the bending accuracy and work efficiency.
