►Precise CNC control

The Siemens CNC (computer numerical control) system has greatly improved the processing accuracy of the busbar processing machine. Through PLC (programmable logic controller) control, the bending accuracy can reach ±1 degree and the repeatability accuracy can reach ±0.3 degree. For example, the busbar processing of high-precision distribution cabinets can be accurately processed according to the pre-set program to ensure that the size and shape of each busbar meet strict standards, effectively reduce the scrap rate, and improve the stability of product quality.

►Excellent technical parameters

Different models of CNC three-pump three-station busbar machines have their own characteristics in technical parameters, but they can meet the needs of most electrical manufacturing companies. Taking the DSMX-503ESK model as an example, in terms of punching, the maximum punching force can reach 500kN, the punching diameter range is 4.3-36mm, the maximum thickness can reach 16mm, and the maximum width is 260mm; in terms of shearing, the maximum shearing thickness and width are also 16mm and 260mm; the maximum bending force for horizontal bending is 500kN, the maximum width for vertical bending is 120mm (when the thickness is 10mm), and the maximum angle is 90°.
