Function 2
Cutting

▶We use sharp shearing. So the interface is really flat without droops burrs or any waste. 
▶Two different pressure type to make sure no apex angle.

Bending
Our bending angle of bending station is controlled by cooperation of PLC and displacement sensor. It also has the function of memory and error compensation which ensure the accuracy and angle consistency of bending.
When working, you only need to select the corresponding processing station to cut and punch copper and aluminum bars conveniently and quickly (round hole, long round hole, chamfered R angle, chamfered right angle, chamfered 45 degree angle, square hole) , Horizontal bending, vertical bending, U-typed bending, embossing, twisting and other different processing.
