The CNC Coppper Busbar cutting Processing Machine is a high-end CNC copper busbar processing unit featuring an 800 KN capacity, a rigid closed-frame structure, and three independently controlled yet synchronized working stations. It is specifically designed for the mass production of large-specification busbars used in high- and low-voltage switchgear, electrical cabinets, energy storage systems, and transformers. 1. Bending Function Closed heavy-duty frame structure prevents frame opening under heavy load. Great rigidity ensures stable bending angle and consistent springback compensation. It supports flat bending, vertical bending and embossing, suitable for high-precision batch busbar bending.
2. Cutting Function Double-column heavy-duty shearing structure provides stable cutting force. The cut section is flat with small collapse angle and less waste. It can efficiently cut thick copper and aluminum busbars without obvious workpiece distortion.
3. Punching Function The punching station adopts a six-mold integrated rotary turret. Quick mold switching reduces setup time. High concentricity delivers neat holes with minimal burr on copper and aluminum busbars, extending punch and die service life for mass hole processing.

Closed-Loop Monoblock Frame-Rigidity Under Heavy Loads

The equipment features a closed-loop, cast-steel monoblock frame structure. This design ensures the frame remains rigid-without opening or deforming-throughout the entire bending and embossing process. A single machine covers the full range of standard and heavy-duty workpieces, significantly reducing equipment investment costs.

The equipment is packed in fumigated wooden crates suitable for export, complying with international shipping standards. Shock-absorbing padding is used inside the crate to securely fasten the equipment, effectively preventing damage from impacts or vibrations during long-distance sea or land transport. Standard shipping marks are applied to the exterior of the crate to facilitate identification and handling.
