Product Description
CNC servo busbar processing machine is a multi-station trinity all-servo busbar processing machine, which consists of three operating units: punching, shearing and bending. The operation unit exists independently and can be operated by three people at the same time without disturbing each other. The product adopts a complete Siemens computing system and displacement sensor to realize accurate busbar production and automatic positioning to improve production efficiency.

- The cutting dimension of the shearing unit is automatically controlled by servo motors and PLC for convenient and efficient operation.
Punching unt
- Equipped with a 6-station turret made of ductile cast iron.
- Frequent die replacement is not required during operation, greatly improving working efficiency.
- It is equipped with a numerically controlled servo system for automatic positioning. Users can set punching spacing and pitch via touchscreen. The system automatically adjusts X-axis and Y-axis positions to achieve high-precision punching without pre-marking.
Bending unit
