The 3 IN 1 closed Copper busbar cutting processing machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency, and highly rigid specialized processing unit designed for workshops manufacturing high/low-voltage switchgear, box-type substations, and complete electrical equipment sets. Integrating the three core functions of punching, shearing, and bending, it overcomes the drawbacks of traditional standalone equipment-such as large footprints, low efficiency, and poor precision-by utilizing a high-strength frame and a three-station synchronous operation design to complete the entire busbar processing workflow in a single stop.
The machine features a nominal force of 300 kN and is designed to process copper and aluminum busbars up to 12×160 mm, balancing the need for large-scale processing with high-precision forming. The equipment integrates three key stations: shearing, punching, and bending. Cutting Station | Double-Column Shearing Structure

It utilizes a rigid dual-column shearing structure, ensuring balanced and stable force distribution. The cut surfaces of the copper busbars are smooth and neat; the processed workpieces are free of burrs and edge deformation, and no excess waste is generated. This eliminates the need for subsequent grinding or trimming, allowing a finished, compliant workpiece to be obtained in a single forming operation.

Punching Station | Ductile Iron Turntable

The main body of the workstation is cast from ductile iron, offering high rigidity and resistance to deformation. It features an integrated six-station rotary turntable that ensures mold coaxiality, extends mold service life, and reduces the time required for setup and adjustment during mold changes.It supports four positioning methods-stop bars, locating pins, lasers, and center punches-making it adaptable to diverse machining scenarios; this ensures precise positioning for batch production and effectively boosts processing efficiency.

Bending Station | Easy and Worry-Free Operation

Featuring an independent workstation design, the three key stations-punching, shearing, and bending-operate synchronously without mutual interference. The closed-frame bending structure allows for easy loading and unloading of copper busbars and provides clear visibility of bending angles; setup is simple, enabling even novices to get up to speed quickly while ensuring stable bending results.

The control system features a Siemens PLC-based intelligent CNC system and a high-definition touchscreen, ensuring stable operation and strong interference resistance. Parameter adjustments are intuitive and convenient, while stroke, pressure, and angles are precisely controlled, effectively eliminating human error.
