This Copper Aluminium Busbar Punching Machine is carefully equipped with two punching units, one for single punching and the other for four-hole punching. It is cleverly integrated with the cutting and bending units to form an efficient four-unit integrated structure. Each processing unit can not only operate simultaneously without interfering with each other, greatly improving work efficiency, but also excel in processing accuracy. The punching unit has precise positioning and small aperture error; the cutting surface of the copper busbar is flat and smooth during the cutting process; when bending, the control of the angle and bending radius is extremely precise, which can meet the stringent requirements of high precision for various complex busbar processing. ►Strong punching force and efficient turret structure:

The punching unit has excellent performance, with a maximum punching force of 500kN. The turret punching structure ensures long-term stable operation with its wear-resistant characteristics, significantly improving work efficiency. The six-hole and eight-hole turret die nesting system made of ductile iron not only has a long service life, but also has extremely high precision. At the same time, it is easy to operate when changing the die, greatly reducing the equipment maintenance time.

►Four-hole punching unit improves processing speed:
In order to further improve the efficiency of copper busbar processing, the equipment is specially equipped with a four-hole punching unit.
