CNC full servo positioning busbar processing machine, precise servo positioning, smaller errors and higher efficiency.
Bending accuracy ±0.2°, bending scale stroke 1000mm, punching scale stroke X-axis 200mm and Y-axis 1000mm. With automatic feeding, multiple holes can be punched continuously without repeated disassembly and assembly of busbars, greatly improving efficiency. Shearing scale stroke 1000mm
The repeatability positioning accuracy is ±0.02°. The standard molds are complete: round holes Φ7/Φ9/Φ11/Φ13/Φ17/Φ21, oblong holes Φ13×18, Φ17×21, plus 3 sets of flat bends and 1 set of embossing.

This fully servo positioning busbar processing machine uses servo motor + high-precision screw drive to achieve fully automatic and precise positioning of the X and Y axes.

*Three-station shearing unit

Adopts double-column & double-knife shearing structure for stable & high-strength cutting.

Upper and lower blades are vertically & parallel mounted to deliver smooth, burr-free cuts with zero material waste.

*Three-station punching unit

This machine features an all-in-one 6-station turntable paired with CR12MoV stamping dies that complete rigorous fatigue certification. Capable of uninterrupted stamping of 50,000 holes with zero malfunction, its working pace hits 0.2 minutes per hole, supporting hole sizes between 3.2 mm (minimum) and 35 mm (maximum).

 

Equipped with a CNC servo system for automatic positioning. The punching distance and pitch can be set on the touch screen, with automatic X-axis and Y-axis adjustment to achieve high-precision punching without marking.

 

*Three-station bending unit

Horizontal bending and vertical bending can be realized by changing molds. Equipped with 45# forged bending dies, which are durable and wear-resistant.

 

Angle bending can be performed simply by inputting the bending angle and the thickness of copper or aluminum busbar.
Adopts Siemens PLC control system, ensuring high bending accuracy and stable processing effect.

 

*Servo Positioning PLC CNC System

Equipped with 3 touch screens and 4 servo motors,

the CNC servo system enables automatic and precise positioning for high-efficiency forming

 

The bending CNC touch screen can store multiple sets of bending dimension parameters.

The edited parameters can be saved for future use without re-editing.
