● Punching station:

can punch copper-aluminum busbars with a thickness of 20 mm and a width of 300 mm. The punching specifications range from Ф4.3 to Ф36, and the maximum punching force can reach 800 KN.

● Cutting station:

can cut copper-aluminum busbars with a thickness of 20 mm and a width of 300 mm, with a maximum cutting pressure of 800 KN.

● Bending station:

can bend copper-aluminum busbars with a thickness of 20 mm and a width of 300 mm, with a maximum bending pressure of 800 KN.

Three positioning methods, including laser positioning, coordinate axis positioning, and positioning pin, are convenient for finding the hole center on the punching machine. It can drill 5,000 holes continuously without any failure, with a drilling speed of 0.2 minutes/hole, and the minimum diameter that can be punched is 3.2 and the maximum diameter is 30.

3. Bending - Siemens system control:

(1) PLC numerical control system is used, which makes bending more precise and can complete vertical bending/edge bending (horizontal/plane bending)/Z-shaped bending/U-shaped bending/embossing/twisting bending, etc.

(2) Just enter the data and the machine will run automatically.

Bending dies and punching dies. Different dies can process different samples (customizable according to needs)
