Main Features of the Busbar Machine:
1.The Cutting Station utilizes a dual-column shearing structure, ensuring smooth cuts on copper busbar samples.
2.The Punching Station utilizes a four- or six-die turntable made of ductile iron, allowing for interchangeable punching dies to process different samples.
3.The Bending Station utilizes a PLC and electronic sensor touchscreen for CNC angle control, with memory and error compensation functions. Interchangeable bending dies are available for processing different bending samples. The machine is brightly colored blue, with a painted finish and phosphate-coated finish for rust resistance and impact resistance.
