The busbar machine cnc is a  copper-aluminum busbar processing machine that integrates three core functions: cutting, punching, and bending. It supports the simultaneous operation of multiple processes, which can significantly shorten the processing cycle and greatly improve production efficiency.
Functions: standard processes such as shearing, punching (round holes/long holes), flat bending/vertical bending, embossing, etc.
In addition, after replacing the special mold, special processes such as embossing can be used to provide a one-stop solution for busbar manufacturing.

1. Punching and cutting performance
Punching capacity: maximum 300 kN impact force, can process holes with a diameter of 4.3 - 30 mm, suitable for materials within 15 mm thickness.
Cutting capacity: maximum thickness 15 mm, width limit 160 mm, suitable for straight-line cutting of plates.
2. Bending processing parameters
Horizontal bending: 300 kN bending force, can process materials with a thickness of 15 mm and a width of 160 mm, meeting the bending requirements of large-size plates.
Vertical bending: upper limit of thickness 10 mm, width 100 mm, suitable for small-size or high-precision bending scenarios, minimum angle up to 90°.
3. Basic equipment specifications
Voltage: three-phase 3×4 kW motor, suitable for industrial-grade power requirements.
Equipment parameters: body size 1.89 m × 1.35 m × 1.4 m, weight 1500 kg, sufficient installation space must be reserved.

& Shear unit features

The shearing unit is made of cast iron and equipped with a thickened middle crossbeam, which is more durable. The shearing method uses a shear knife and a poly-source grease pad to shear the copper bar. The edges of the processed samples are smooth, neat and beautiful, and there is no waste during the shearing process.

& Punching unit features

Busbar punching die: Equipped with a dedicated processing unit, it can independently complete the punching operation. It has various models and is made of high-quality Cr12mov die steel. It is wear-resistant and durable, with high punching accuracy and a smooth inner circle without burrs. & Bending unit features

The bending station adopts a closed bending process, using 45# forging material as the raw material, and undergoes quenching heat treatment to enhance performance. Various shapes can be processed using bending dies, and special dies such as embossing, twisting, U-bending, and edge pressing are also supported to meet diverse needs.
