►Punching Station
Powered by X‑axis 200 mm and Y‑axis 1000 mm punching travel, the machine adopts an automatic‑feeding system. Multiple holes can be punched in continuous cycles without repeated loading and unloading of work‑pieces. It eliminates tedious busbar re‑clamping work and greatly raises your production capacity.
A full set of standard punching moulds is supplied:
Round hole dies: Φ7, Φ9, Φ11, Φ13, Φ17, Φ21
Oblong hole dies: Φ13×18, Φ17×21
►Bending Station
Working bending stroke is 1000 mm with bending tolerance kept within ±0.2°. Three‑sets of flat‑bend moulds and one‑set of embossing mould are included as standard fittings to meet various busbar forming requirements.
►Shearing Station
The shearing working stroke reaches 1000 mm. Stable servo‑driven feeding delivers neat, burr‑minimized busbar cutting sections for subsequent machining.
