DSMX -503ESK is a Bus Bar Bender Machine, equipped with three pumps, with three processing stations for punching, cutting and bending, and can operate simultaneously. Its bending CNC operation is precise, and with a six-position turntable, it is more efficient. The bending unit adopts closed bending to ensure processing accuracy and stability.
The equipment provides two classic appearance options of gray and blue. If you have other color requirements, we also support customization. Product Details

The Bus bar bender machine is mainly powered by a hydraulic system and uses various dies and cutters to process the busbar. For example, when shearing, the hydraulic system drives the shearing cutter to move up and down to cut the busbar; when punching, the hydraulic power makes the punch punch a hole on the busbar; when bending, the hydraulic device pushes the busbar on the bending die to bend.

2.Shearing

The shearing unit is made of cast iron and has a thickened middle crossbeam, which is more durable. The shearing knife is used, and the shearing edge is smooth, without collapse and beautiful in appearance.

Punching

The punching unit adopts a toothed six-die integrated turret structure, which ensures the absolute centering of the upper and lower dies, good visibility, high strength, and workers do not need to change dies frequently.

Bending

The bending machine adopts an independent workbench, closed bending has higher precision, touch screen control, and faster efficiency.
