Our BUSBAR machine have three stations: Punching, Cutting and Bending. It can processed for copper and aluminum. Three stations can work at the same time so it will save your time and improve your work efficiency.

Function

1. Punching

▶Six-dies turn-plate structure make sue the upper die and lower die are always in the center.

▶Six Punching dies can punch 6 different kinds of holes so you don't have to replace the dies frequently.

▶Electroplating technology which is not easy to be rust.

2.Cutting

▶We use sharp shearing. So the interface is really flat without droops burrs or any waste.

▶Two different pressure type to make sure no apex angle.

▶Foot switch and press button.

3. Bending

Our bending angle of bending station is controlled by cooperation of PLC and displacement sensor. It also has the function of memory and error compensation which ensure the accuracy and angle consistency of bending.

Advantage of our bending stations

▶ PLC system can automatically generate and process data according to the thickness and curvature of the material. ▶ It can supplement and reuse the field processing data at any time. ▶ The display screen adopts the color touch screen mode, which can display and operate the data. ▶According to the actual operation, the adjustment of elastic compensation and holding time can be set to ensure that the angle is more accurate after processing. ▶ The system also can set parameters of customized bending die to meet the needs of customers.

About CNC	We use Siemens PLC control which you can just enter the angle. The bending precision is ±1°and repeat bending precision ±0.5°.Three stations can be work at the same time. You also can only enter item's height ad width to produce the item you need.(as Z type blending)
