The DSMX-303ESK-K busbar processing machine is an advanced device that integrates punching, shearing, and bending functions. This open-top, off-white machine has been improved with a new exterior housing and warning signs for enhanced safety. Its punching unit boasts powerful processing capabilities, with a maximum punching force of 300 kN and a punching range of diameters from 4.3 to 30 mm, easily handling the punching needs of copper and aluminum busbars of various specifications. The toothed, six-position, integrated turntable design ensures precise alignment of the upper and lower dies, significantly improving die concentricity and extending die life. Furthermore, the toothed structure of the turntable provides excellent visibility and high strength, eliminating the need for frequent die changes, significantly reducing labor intensity and significantly improving production efficiency. The shearing unit utilizes a universal filer-type shearing method, offering unique advantages. Its cut edges are smooth and flat, without corners or burrs, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing busbar appearance. The shearing process also eliminates waste, effectively saving raw material costs. The maximum shearing thickness and width meet common busbar specifications, reaching a maximum thickness of 15mm and a maximum width of 160mm.
The bending unit is a major highlight of this equipment. Its open-type structure allows for easy tool change, enabling various bending operations, including flat and vertical bending. Equipped with an imported PLC control system, it enables precise numerical control of the bending angle. Operators simply input the copper busbar thickness and angle, or parameters such as height and side length, directly on the CNC touchscreen to produce the desired workpiece, such as a complex Z-bend. Bending accuracy reaches ±1°, with a repeatability of ±0.3°, ensuring high quality and consistency in every bent part. At the same time, users can also input processing data into the system in advance, and the system will intelligently retrieve the data for processing based on the input information; and the on-site data of the processed workpiece can be stored in the system at any time, which is convenient for subsequent retrieval and reuse.
