# Busbar processing machine punching die technology

Using Cr12MoV die steel material, vacuum heat treatment, Cr12MoV is quenched at 1200℃, and then tempered at 500℃, the hardness is controlled to 55-58HRC. The material quality source is reliable and the heat treatment technology is added, the service life of the die is increased, and the number of uses is increased. All are made with the latest technology, and the split design reduces the cost of die replacement. The copper busbar punching die has passed the fatigue test, and can punch 5,000 holes continuously without failure, with a speed of 0.2min/hole, the minimum hole diameter is Φ3.2, and the maximum hole diameter is Φ35.

Φ7 mold is suitable for copper bars with a thickness of 2-6mm and a width greater than 10mm;
Φ9 mold is suitable for copper bars with a thickness of 2-8mm and a width greater than 12mm;
Φ11 mold is suitable for copper bars with a thickness of 6-10mm and a width greater than 13mm;
Φ13 mold is suitable for copper bars with a thickness of 6-12mm and a width greater than 15mm;
Φ17 mold is suitable for copper bars with a thickness of 8-12mm and a width greater than 19mm;
Φ21 mold is suitable for copper bars with a thickness of 8-12mm and a width greater than 23mm;
Φ13X18 mold is suitable for copper bars with a thickness of 8-12mm and a width greater than 20mm;
Φ17X21 mold is suitable for copper bars with a thickness of 8-12mm and a width greater than 22mm.
