This machine has three stations, now I will gonna introduce them to you one by one.
Cutting Stations
Honestly, we don't have too much things to introduce our cutting stations. Cause it is only have the scissors and the cushion which can help you to cut the copper bar easily. Our scissors are very sharp so it won't make the surface be burr and it also won't have any waste. You just put the copper on and check the ruler to find the length you need. Just step on the switch then you will get a perfect copper bar.
Punching Machine
For this stations we have two main functions for you. First is how to positioning the place need to punch. There are three ways to check: laser light, needle and ruler. Second is we have turret which can help you to exchange the punching dies easily. We also have different shape of dies such as Square, Circle, Rectangle etc.
Bending Stations
Our bending stations can do vertical bending and horizontal bending. This two kinds of bending they all can processed.
Vertical Bending
With different kinds of bending dies you can bend U-Type, Z-type and L-type and so on. Also with PLC control can help you to bend the copper conveniently.
Horizontal Bending
The min. angle is 90 degree.
