Large-size busbars require matching large-tonnage hydraulic cylinders and high-rigidity machine bodies to avoid problems such as burrs and bending deformation.

Semi-automatic hydraulic three-in-one machine: High cost-performance ratio, suitable for small and medium-sized complete set factories with small batch production and varied specifications.
CNC servo machining center: Servo automatic positioning, parameter storage, springback compensation, high precision, suitable for large-scale standardized production.

Mold customization capability:Clearly define whether punching, shearing, bending, embossing, twisting, or other special processes are required. Confirm which processes are standard and whether special processes require additional customization or optional molds to avoid production mismatches with equipment capabilities.

Equipment usage scenarios:Before purchasing, confirm the length, width, and height of the workshop layout. Also, verify the dimensions of the factory doors, elevators, passageways, and warehouse entrances. Large CNC busbar machines are heavy and have large dimensions; this can prevent delivery delays due to equipment not being able to be brought into the workshop after production. Additionally, confirm the floor's load-bearing capacity; if necessary, consider an optional solution with casters to facilitate workshop relocation.
