It supports multi-unit synchronous operation and can efficiently process copper busbars and aluminum busbars of different specifications. Main characteristics

 

 

► Shearing Station:

The shearing unit is specially designed for copper and aluminum busbars. The cut is as smooth as a mirror, and the docking is accurate with zero error. The edge is vertical without sagging, and the structure is stable. The surface is smooth and burr-free, eliminating safety hazards. The whole process is efficient and waste-free, maximizing material utilization. From cutting to forming, every link demonstrates professional quality, providing high-precision and high-reliability shearing solutions for industrial production.

Shearing capacity: It can shear copper (aluminum) bars with a thickness of 3 to 12 mm and a width of 160 mm.

► Punching Station
Adopting an integrated six-die toothed turntable structure, the golden centering system of the upper die and the lower die is accurately constructed, which significantly improves the concentricity of the die, effectively reduces wear, and extends the service life of the die. The toothed turntable design brings a broad operating field of vision, and with high-strength alloy materials, it can easily cope with high-intensity operation requirements while ensuring processing accuracy.
The integrated design bids farewell to the cumbersome process of frequent die changes in the past, significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers, truly achieves cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and injects strong power into the production process.

► Bending Station
By replacing different molds, copper bars of various shapes such as flat folding and vertical folding can be realized.
The bending angle is controlled by the PLC control system.
Just input the busbar thickness and angle, and the machine can automatically process.
The bending accuracy is ±1°, and the repeatability is ±3°.
The user can also input the pressing data in advance, and the system will process according to the input data.
The on-site data can be entered into the system at any time and called out for repeated use

Motor

► Hydraulic station:

Hydraulic station: As the core power center of the busbar processing machine, the hydraulic station has a three-motor linkage drive system, matching the precise configuration of three sets of oil pumps and solenoid valves, and the golden power combination of "three machines, three pumps and three valves" to provide stable and strong hydraulic power for the three major process links of punching, shearing and bending of the equipment. It injects strong kinetic energy into the high-precision and high-efficiency production of busbar processing.

 

►PLC controlling sYstem

The copper busbar bending unit uses Siemens PLC system with an accuracy of ±0.5°. There are various bending styles on the system screen. Different angles can be set to achieve the desired bending effect. The equipment can provide system instructions in English, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, etc. The minimum processing range of the bending unit is 3mm copper busbar thickness and 20mm width.busbar bend cut punch machines

Equipment package

 

Mold packaging and storage: Use bubble film to classify and package punching and bending molds, and store them in machine tool boxes or designated areas.
Equipment anti-rust treatment: Apply anti-rust oil to moving parts, work surfaces and components.
Dust-proof and waterproof packaging: First cover with oil paper to prevent dust and moisture, and then wrap the equipment with waterproof plastic film.
Packing and fixing protection: Put the equipment into export plywood boxes, fill the boxes with foam and other cushioning materials, and fix them with strapping tape; mark the outside of the box with labels such as "forklift position" for easy handling.
