1. CUT
The cutting piece is flat, without any collapse, waste, or burrs.
2. PUNCH
(1) Three positioning methods: ruler positioning, laser lamp positioning, and positioning pin.
(2) Six turntable mold positions, eliminating the need for frequent mold replacement
3. BEND
(1) Compile bending data through display
(2) Can complete flat bending, vertical bending, U-shaped bending, embossing, etc
Description
The punching mold is made of cr12moV material, with a turret punching structure and a six mold integrated turntable, which improves the mold's concentricity, prolongs its service life, and saves mold replacement time. There are four positioning methods: scale, positioning needle, laser, and sample punch, which make mass production more time-saving and labor-saving.
Adopting an imported PLC numerical control system and a closed bending mode, the bending
process is more accurate and the copper bars are more convenient to pick and place. With
memory reserve function, processing data can be retrieved and reused. There is also an inch
adjustment function, which can be used when the angle needs to be adjusted after bending.
The cutting station adopts a double column structure, with flat cutting edges, no waste, burrs, or collapse;
