Cut work station

The large‑bore shearing cylinder delivers ample shearing force, enabling processing of copper and aluminum bars up to 160 mm in width and 15 mm in thickness. The double‑column shearing machine produces smooth cut sections free of burrs, depressions and material waste.

Punch work station

Triple positioning system consisting of laser positioning, dual-scale readout and locating pins. The punching mold has successfully passed fatigue testing, supporting continuous punching of up to 50,000 holes without failure. Punching cycle: 0.2 minutes per hole. Minimum hole diameter: φ3.2 mm; maximum hole diameter: φ35 mm.

Bend work station

1.The fuselage is fully enclosed and supported by double columns. It has strong rigidity, no deformation, and higher bending accuracy. It is suitable for thick copper bars, large batches, and high-standard production.

 2.The punching die adopts Cr12MoV material, while the bending die is forged from 45# steel, delivering excellent durability and wear resistance.

 PLC system

Equipped with Siemens PLC system, it supports direct angle input and data memory function, and multi-language operation including English, Russian, Thai and Vietnamese. Controlled by PLC CNC system, the machine provides 6 standard bending modes plus custom special bending options, enabling precise and flexible switching between angle bending and limit bending.

This all-in-one copper busbar processing machine offers comprehensive precision processing capabilities.
1. Shearing unit: the shearing knife cuts the copper bar flat;
2. Multi-mode punching unit: (round hole, rectangular hole, square hole, R angle, right angle, 45° chamfer) and other punching holes are accurately positioned and mold changing is convenient;
3. Bending unit: By replacing different bending molds, samples of different shapes can be processed, such as horizontal bending, vertical bending, U-shaped bending, embossing, flattening, twisting, terminal crimping and other customized processing tasks.
