The punching station is controlled by servo motors and PLC to determine the punching coordinates

The cutting station automatically controls the cutting and blocking dimensions through servo motors and PLC

Cutting mode:
1. Set to cut multiple pieces of the same length
2. Different lengths can be set to cut multiple pieces and single pieces of different lengths. Cutting characteristics:

flat cross-section, no waste, no burrs, no collapse angles.

 

The bending station is controlled by a servo motor to adjust the bending length and automatically locate the material blocking position, enabling one program to locate multiple angles and bending positions.
