Special tips before using the CNC busbar processing machine:
1. Please strictly follow the "Safety Operating Regulations" and special precautions for mechanical equipment.
2. When the operation method of the machine is unclear, do not operate according to your own judgment. Be sure to refer to the equipment manual to find the operation method and follow the correct prompts for use. If it is not clear yet, please contact the manufacturer's after-sales service.
3. Purchase equipment manufacturers and keep the equipment user manual properly for easy access during operation. If the equipment is transferred, please be sure to include a user manual.
4. Equipment manufactured according to regulations in mainland China, if used outside of China, please comply with China's safety regulations.
5. For personnel operating the equipment for the first time, strict safety education must be conducted, and qualified personnel must be selected and appointed to be responsible for keeping the keys of the electric control box and toolbox, inspecting the safety devices of the machine, supervising the replacement and adjustment of punching molds, bending molds, and shear molds. When confirming abnormalities, necessary measures should be taken: Before starting work, inspection work should be done to detect equipment faults in advance. Once abnormalities are confirmed, necessary measures must be taken or the manufacturer must be contacted in a timely manner to prevent accidents from happening before they occur.
6. It is prohibited to modify the bus processing machine and control circuit. Once the control circuit is modified, it may cause abnormal operation. It is prohibited to modify the PLC device. Once the hardware or software is modified, it may cause the equipment to not function properly.
7. Before starting the busbar machine, it is necessary to select operators who have undergone strict training and are proficient in the use, maintenance, and other techniques for operation. Operators are not allowed to wear bulky clothing or decorative items. The cuffs and waist circumference should be tightened to avoid dangerous situations such as machine pulling and entanglement. Please use safety helmets, goggles, safety boots, gloves, and other protective equipment as needed. Please set the operating range based on fully considering the movement of the machine and busbar. During operation, unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter this range, especially if a transposition operation is required or a longer sized busbar may protrude from the workbench. In this case, if unrelated personnel are not aware, their bodies may collide with the extended busbar, leading to accidents. To avoid problems, it is recommended to use protective devices such as safety fences and towing brackets. Be sure to carry out inspection work before starting work.
