To ensure the stability and durability of the busbar processing machine, it is necessary to start from multiple dimensions such as design, materials, maintenance, and operation. The following are key measures:
I. Optimization design of structure and materials
(1)The high-strength fuselage frame adopts thickened steel plate welding or casting structure to improve the rigidity of the fuselage, reduce vibration during processing (such as pulse vibration when the hydraulic system is working), and avoid loosening of components due to long-term resonance.

(2)The core component material reinforcement mold (shear knife, punch, bending mold) uses wear-resistant tool steel (such as Cr12MoV) and is quenched. The hardness reaches HRC55-60 to reduce the wear after long-term stamping and shearing.
II. Daily maintenance and maintenance specifications

Lubrication system management Regularly add anti-wear lubricating oil to the transmission parts, and use high viscosity index hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system and replace it regularly (it is recommended to use it every 5,000 hours or half a year) to prevent oil blockage or oil deterioration from causing unstable system pressure.
Cleaning and rust prevention treatment Clean the metal debris and dust in the machine body every day to avoid accumulation that affects the movement accuracy of the slider and guide rail; apply rust inhibitor to the exposed metal surface, especially in a humid environment, to prevent parts from rusting.
Ⅲ. Operation and use specifications
Strictly control the processing parameters and prohibit overload processing (such as busbars that exceed the rated thickness of the equipment) to avoid mold cracking, motor burning or hydraulic system leakage due to overload; adjust the processing speed according to the busbar material (copper/aluminum) and thickness (such as aluminum busbars with low hardness, the feed rate can be appropriately increased).
Operator training Ensure that the operator is familiar with the equipment operating procedures (such as positioning before processing, fixing the busbar during bending), and avoid component damage due to misoperation (such as punching without calibrating the hole position).

Ⅳ. Regular maintenance and component replacement
Inspection of key components Check the tension of the transmission belt every quarter, and replace it in time if it is severely worn; check the sealing of the hydraulic cylinder. If there is oil leakage, the sealing ring needs to be replaced to avoid hydraulic system pressure attenuation.
Precision calibration uses precision measuring tools (such as dial indicators) to calibrate mold parallelism and positioning device accuracy every year, and timely adjust deviations (such as correcting the bending mold angle through gaskets) to prevent abnormal equipment loss due to precision offset.
Through the above measures, the stability of the equipment can be improved from three aspects: "hardware strength, maintenance frequency, and operating specifications", the service life of core components can be extended, and the cost of downtime and maintenance can be reduced.
