This machine is equipped with three processing stations: punching, cutting, and bending. It is controlled by PLC and its main function is to process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications. When working, you only need to select the corresponding processing station to conveniently and quickly perform various processing on copper and aluminum bars, such as shearing, punching (round holes, oblong holes), flat bending, vertical bending, U-bending, embossing, flattening, twisting, and pressing cable joints. The shearing, punching, and bending stations are made of 45# forged material.
Product advantages
Punching Unit：
The punching unit adopts a turret-type four, six or eight-position integral turntable made of ductile iron. The turntable is an integrated part, and the mold mounting hole is processed by a CNC machining center with high precision. The clearance between the mold and the turntable is 0.00-0.03mm, which improves the concentricity of the mold and extends the service life of the mold without frequent mold replacement. The copper bar punching mold has been fatigue tested and can punch 5,000 holes continuously without failure, with a speed of 0.2min/hole and a minimum hole diameter of Φ3.2. A bidirectional positioning device is additionally installed on the punching station to realize mechanical bidirectional positioning of the X-axis and Y-axis. The operator does not need to draw cross lines or punch during the work process, which improves the work efficiency and the accuracy of the punching position.
Cutting Unit：
The shearing unit adopts a double-column double-knife shearing structure. It has good up and down guidance during movement, and its concentricity is much stronger than that of the screw plus separate block structure. The upper knife and the lower knife are installed vertically and parallel to ensure that the cut is flat, there is no waste, and it will not deform after long-term use.
Bending Unit：
Hydraulic Oil Tank:
The hydraulic oil tank is welded with 3mm steel plates and phosphating treated to prevent the hydraulic oil from deteriorating during long-term use.
