1. When assembling, debugging (aligning the mold, adjusting the blade gap) or disassembling the mold of the busbar processing machine, personnel who are familiar with the machine must follow the prescribed procedures. The sharpness of the cutting edge of the blade and die should be checked regularly. If the cutting edge is found to be dull, it should be sharpened or replaced in time. Be sure to stop the machine when changing the mold to avoid danger.

2. When the busbar processing machine is working normally, do not put your hands or part of the body between the upper and lower molds (blades), and do not put all sundries and tools on the workbench to avoid accidents. Since the busbar processing machine can be operated by multiple people, there must be someone responsible for directing the production.

3. During operation, be careful when holding the workpiece and waiting for the slide to go down. The gap between the cutting blade and the die and the bending radius must be selected according to the thickness of the copper bar (or aluminum bar).

4. Keep the oil clean and the oil path unblocked, and lubricate the moving parts of each unit every shift. Electrical and hydraulic components must be flexible in movement and correct in position. If abnormalities are found, they must be stopped for inspection immediately.

5. In order to improve the service life of the busbar processing machine, it is generally required to avoid direct sunlight and other heat radiation, and avoid places with too much humidity, excessive dust or corrosive gas. Corrosive gases can easily cause electronic components to be corroded and deteriorated, causing poor contact or short circuits between components, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. The precision busbar processing machine should be far away from equipment with high vibration, such as punching machine, forging equipment, etc.

6. In order to avoid the influence of large power fluctuations (greater than ±10%) and possible instantaneous interference signals, the busbar processing machine generally adopts dedicated line power supply (for example, it is divided into one way from the low-voltage power distribution room for use by CNC machine tools) or added a voltage stabilizer Devices, etc., can reduce the impact of power supply quality and electrical interference.

7. Safety The operating procedures are one of the important measures to ensure the safe operation of the busbar processing machine. The operator must operate in accordance with the operating procedures. When a failure occurs, the operator should pay attention to keeping the site, and truthfully explain the situation before and after the failure to the maintenance personnel, so as to facilitate the analysis and diagnosis of the cause of the failure, and eliminate it in time.

8. The busbar processing machine should not be sealed for a long time. After purchasing the busbar processing machine, it should be fully utilized, especially in the first year of use, so that the weak links that are prone to failure can be exposed as soon as possible and can be eliminated during the warranty period. When there is no processing task, the busbar processing machine should also be energized regularly, preferably 1-2 times a week, and run dry for about 1 hour each time, so as to use its own heat to reduce the humidity in the machine and make the electronic components It will not be damp, and at the same time, it can find out whether there is a battery alarm in time to prevent the loss of system software and parameters.
