Automatic Positioning Busbar Processing Machine

Deshang CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. has three processing stations for punching, cutting, and bending, and has designed three independent hydraulic systems. Stamping, Shearing, and bend stations can work simultaneously. This device has automatic positioning function, equipped with 4 servo motors and a double-layer workbench, with high production efficiency. It can be customized according to specific voltage requirements to meet the needs of different users.

 

 

CUTTING UNIT

The shear station adopts a double column and double blade cut structure, with the upper and lower blades installed vertically and parallel to ensure a smooth cutting edge without burrs or waste.

 

PUNCHING UNIT

The punch station adopts a six die integral rotary table (the rotary table is an integrated processing part, and the mold installation hole is machined by a CNC machining center with high precision, with a clearance of 0.00-0.05mm between the mold and the rotary table), which improves the concentricity of the mold and extends its service life. Moreover, there is no need to frequently replace the mold during use.
Note: The punching station is equipped with a CNC servo system for automatic positioning (both Y-axis and X-axis can be selected)
By using the touch screen to set the distance to be punched and automatically adjust the positioning of the Y-axis and X-axis, high-precision punching without the need for drawing lines has been achieved (the punching CNC touch screen can store multiple sets of punching size parameters, and the system can store the edited punching size parameters, which can be directly called without editing the same workpiece for the next processing), greatly improving punching accuracy and work efficiency.

 

BENDING UNIT

The bend station adopts closed bending, and the output point and the force point are connected by a 60mm thick crossbeam, which greatly reduces the mechanical strength without deformation.
Note: Automatic positioning for bending only has the following functions: the left side of the bending station is equipped with a CNC servo system for automatic positioning (optional according to requirements). The distance and angle to be bent can be set through the touch screen, and the X-axis can be automatically adjusted for positioning. The Y-axis is controlled by CNC hydraulic pressure to achieve high-precision bending without the need for drawing lines (The bending CNC touch screen can store multiple sets of bending size parameters, and the system can store the edited bending sizes for future use without editing and calling them directly), greatly improving bending accuracy and work efficiency.

 

SIEMENS CNC SYSTEM

Punching station - manual coordinate drawing can be performed to display the punching effect diagram after processing in real time.
